LET'S GET STARTED:
1. Accept the email Invitation we sent you
2. Create a Password
- If you ever forget your password or need to update your email address please email us at chai@davidrio.com and we will send you a reset link
3. Add your Shipping + Billing Address
- If you have multiple locations, add an address for each location and select the corresponding one during checkout
4. Click the Order Now page and add item(s) to your cart
- Please note all items are set to case quantity
- If you would like to order a mixed case please select the mixed foodservice case option and customize your case
- To re-order a previous order simply click Reorder/Manage Order and select your last order and add to Cart
- You can also purchase our most popular product combinations under Bundles, products on sale under Outlet Products and our David Rio Merchandise
5. Click the Bag Icon on the top right to Check Out
6. Select your Shipping Address and Shipping Method
- Please note all Bay Area customers will automatically be selected for Local Delivery
- All other customers orders will ship via UPS delivery and the shipping cost will be provided before checkout
7. Add your Payment on file
- For your first order please add your creditcard information on file
- After that you can simply select "Please charge my credit card on file"
- Please note your card is not charged right away - once we confirm your order your charge will be processed overnight
8. Select your Billing Address
9. Select Pay Now
10. You will receive a series of Confirmation Emails with:
- your order details, payment processed, your invoice and tracking information once your order has shipped
11. Once you have placed your order and need to make any changes you can reach us by using the Contact Us page or emailing chai@davidrio.com
12. To review your order history or track your orders simply click the Reorder/Manage Order page and you can select your order # for details
- All orders are processed overnight and ship the next business day
- Delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days
- For any urgent orders that require expedited shipping please call our office at 415 543 2733 and speak with our CX Rep to assist you with your order
13. You can now Subscribe to orders!
- If you would like to set up re-occurring orders or set up a cadence - you can simply do so by selecting the Subscribe option when purchasing your items
- Subscriptions can be set up for various cadences, such as every week or every month so you can be worry free about your order processing automatically for you
- You can manage, make changes or cancel your cadence under your Subscriptions page
